Running without anyone
- Every working day at 15:00 the clinic sends tomorrow's patients a confirmation message with two answers: coming, or cannot make it.
- "Coming" marks the appointment confirmed. "Cannot make it" removes it and the chair goes straight back into the free times on the website.
- Bookings arrive from the website and from the phone agent into the same calendar, so the front desk has one list, not two.
- On a real phone line the agent also calls the day before to ask the same question. That needs a phone number, so this demo asks by email instead.
The message goes out at three in the afternoon, not in the evening: a chair freed at three can still be filled the same day, one freed at seven usually cannot.
